We’re highlighting a great example of an allograft reconstruction of the proximal tibia.

For this young patient, it was essential to avoid any resection of the tibial plateau to preserve the knee joint articulation.

In a region with a lot of soft tissue, it was a bit of a challenge to design a stable guide.

Another challenge in this case was that only a femoral allograft was available.

However, thanks to the post-op X-ray images and the positive feedback from Dr. Katrin Rammel, we can confidently say that the planning was well performed and the reconstruction went as expected.

It’s always nice to see good results on the post-op X-ray images.

Thank you, Dr. Rammel, for such nice feedback!

Great job, we are delighted to work with you again!
